Rx Studio provides educational guidance, preparation support, documentation direction, dashboard workflows, and communication tools for healthcare career planning.

Services and courses are support-based. Final decisions remain with the relevant authority, examination provider, regulator, employer, institution, or third party.

Student Responsibilities

Students are responsible for submitting accurate information, genuine documents, correct contact details, and timely replies during any enrolment, course, or service process.

Students should not submit false information, altered documents, or material they are not authorised to share.

Dashboard Access

Student, educator, and admin dashboards are provided to organise enrolments, services, courses, chat, and support tickets.

Users are responsible for keeping login details secure and should notify Rx Studio if they suspect unauthorised access.

Payments and Third-Party Fees

Fees, timelines, deliverables, and refund eligibility depend on the selected course, service, or agreed scope.

Third-party charges such as authority fees, verification fees, exam fees, courier fees, and government fees are separate unless clearly included in writing.
